特別安排親子游來了Batam3天2夜遊! 真的有點失望對於這間酒店...櫃枱説幫我換去沒有吸菸的客房還真的覺得很不錯的服務!可是,等了45分鐘卻沒有拿到房卡,因為忘記了我!直到我走到櫃枱才驚訝😲才給我房卡! 進入房間，發現沒有礦泉水! 衹有冰箱贈送的幾罐汽水，就覺得有點奇怪!晚餐時,還特地去櫃枱詢問，服務員説現在環保所以給Tank water!回到房間找來找去都沒有👀到任何裝有水的器具😅 等到第二天去吃早餐時,忍不住過去櫃枱再次詢問,一位女服務員也説一樣的話，不過她就説一起去客房指給我看Tank water !女服務，進入我的房間後才發現我的房間根本沒有Tank water🤣🤭🤭 女服務員説,會馬上安排客房服務員拿Tank water 來我的房間!當我和孩子們逛街回到酒店就👀到了！可是，問題又來了，當我要取水一按就會漏水造成桌子和椅子都弄濕了！剛好，👀到客房服務員幫忙看看是什麼問題,然後他也試取水也是有漏水!過後還來回去換了2個新的Tank water 和調整擺放位置就好像比較好點😅 隔天，我剛好去櫃枱預約時間出去商場就隨便提起Tank water 很不實際和不便!櫃枱就説👀我拍的照片，就馬上發現那個Tank water的頭反了所以才會有漏水的問題!因為，我搞笑吧！😂😂 整體酒店的位置和環境是不錯的!Welcome drink.🥂 酒店食物還需要改進的空間!不過,Mac & chesse 好吃之外! 喜歡酒店有免費車去Shopping mall ,有時間表!

房間又大又乾淨。景色很贊居然是海景房。房間很乾凈，還有minibar 的水都是免費的。床睡得也很舒服，早餐豐富，工作人員服務態度很好。如果再去還會訂這裡。

Review for Wyndham Panbil Premier Hotel Batam I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel several times, and it’s always been a fantastic experience! While the hotel recently rebranded from Best Western Premier to Wyndham, I’m happy to report that the level of service has remained excellent. From check-in, the front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making the process quick and smooth. The cafe team, especially during breakfast, were attentive and ensured everything was in place, which really made my mornings. Housekeeping was also top-notch, maintaining the room spotless and well-stocked. It’s rare to see such consistency in service, especially after a rebranding. The hotel still feels like home, and I’m always impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Batam!

I stayed at Wyndham Panbil Batam with my boyfriend, and our experience was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They surprised us with a lovely birthday cake during breakfast, which made the morning so special and memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and we were delighted to find that the mini bar was complimentary —such a thoughtful touch! The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Wyndham Panbil Batam for making our 訂房網站 so enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batam! Of course I will been back again but next time I will visit Wyndham tamansari jivva resort Bali hopefully won't disappoint me.

The linens had stains and holes but the housekeeper didn’t notice it and still used them. But they changed it after we raised this issue. Location was ok: Batam is small, all you need is 20mins Grab for 3-50k IDR. I see no points choosing hotels near to the harbor. Basically hotel has no facilities except for an indoor swimming pool.

10/10!!! We love it here. Spacious room, nice n luxury hotel. Breakfast was also superb, a bit packed probably due to weekend, therefore come early! There’s also a shuttle service to the ferry centre & Grand Batam Mall. Don’t forget to visit Panbil Nature Reserve. The only negative part from me is that the wall is a bit thin as we could hear our neighbour clearly, my suggestion is to install noise cancelling padding at the wall. Overall our stay was awesome.

Hotel was under renovation when we checked in and was completed when we checked out. So unfortunately we were not able to really enjoy the full benefits of that. The new breakfast spread at the new renovated space was amazing! The whole reason we stayed there was because of the spa. Location wise it was quite out the way to most places. Room was a good size for 2paxs and was relatively clean but could have been better.

This hotel provide excellent customer service and the room is big and clean. Although location a bit far from centre but they do provide free shuttle bus to mall which is adding points.
